1) This well shall be used in such a way as to cause no material injury to existing water rights. The issuance of this permit
does not ensure that no injury will occur to another vested water right or preclude another owner of a vested water right from
seeking relief in a civil court action.
2) The construction of this well shall be in compliance with the Water Well Construction Rules 2 CCR 402-2, unless approval
of a variance has been granted by the State Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation
Contractors in accordance with Rule 18.
3) Approved for use of an existig well (cancelled permit no. 292438) pursuant to CRS 37-90-107(3) and the Findings of the
Colorado Ground Water Commission dated January 16,2014. Issuance of this permit cancels permit no.292438.
4) The pumping rate of this well shall not exceed 500 GPM.
5) The allowed aversage annual withdrawal of ground water from this well shall not exceed 1,080 acre-feet. The allowed
average annual amount of water to be diverted by this well and all other wells withdrawing from the Laramie-Fox Hills
aquifer beneath the 4,812 acres of overlying land,as described in the Findings referenced above, shall not exceed 1,080
acre-feet.
6) The use of ground water from this well is limited to industrial and industrial processing,commercial, construction,
manufacturing, dust abatement,augmentation, livestock, and blending and water quality adjustment use via pipeline and/or
truck hauling within all of Weld County, all of Morgan County,and all of Adams County, as described in the Findings
referenced above.
7) This well must be constructed to withdraw water from only the Laramie-Fox Hills aquifer. The top of the Laramie-Fox Hills
aquifer is located is located approximately 440 feet below the ground surface. The bottom of the Laramie-Fox Hills aquifer
is located approximately 900 feet below the ground surface. Plain casing must be installed and grounted to prevent the
diversion of water from other aquifers and the movement of water between aquifers.
8) The owner shall mark the well in a conspicuous place with the well permit number and name of aquifer as appropriate,
and shall take necessary means and precautions to preserve these markings.
9) A totalizing flow meter or Commission approved measuring device must be installed on this well and maintained in good
working order. Permanent records of all diversions must be maintained by the well owner(collected at least annually)and
submitted to the Ground Water Commission upon request.
10) This well shall be constructed within 200 feet of the location specified on this permit. This well shall not be located within
600 feet of another large-capacity well completed in the Laramie-Fox Hills aquifer.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
11) The use of water from the well under this permit must have occurred, and a completed Statement of Beneficial Use
(including the pumping rate and annual appropriation)must be filed by the well owner,within three years of the date of
issuance of this permit.
12) The entire length of the hole shall be geophysically logged as required by Rule 9 of the Statewide Nontributary Ground
Water Rules prior to installing casing.
