Dear Mr. Oster:
The Solid Waste Program of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Hazardous
Materials and Waste Management Division (the "Division") is releasing the attached Surety Bond in
accordance with House Bill 14- 1352 which no longer requires Registered Waste Tire Haulers to
maintain or provide a Surety Bond in accordance with Section 1 . 8 and 10.3 .5 of the Regulations
Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities, 6 CCR 1007-2 (the "Regulations").
