WHEREAS, Bill Frank was one of the original founders of the Weld County
4-H Foundation established in i V. 1954, and

the further development and participation by Weld County boys and girls A 154 V in 4-H club work by creating a fund to be used for education purposes
and activities in which 4-H members are engaged, and

WHEREAS, through his work on the Weld County 4-H Foundation Board,
Bill Frank has had a direct impact on an estimated 100,000 Weld County
{ youth and adults who have been 4-H members or volunteer leaders since
the Weld County 4-H Foundation was established, and42

, the Weld County 4-H Foundation is made up of nine volunteer
