To Whom It May Concern
We, as residents of the Espanola Subdivsion in north'Greeley are writing this letter on
behalf of a request on a Petition that is being offered to add an alley between "O" Street
and "M" Street in the above mentioned Subdivision. We have come together as a
community to state that we are in complete disagreement with this Petition for several
reasons which will be mentioned on this statement.
First of all we as homeowners and residents do not feel there are any reasons for this to
• take place and we fill it is not necessary for a change like this in our subdivision. There
are many dangers if this were to take place for instance it will not be safe for reasons that
there will not be enough lighting to secure that alley and there would be dangers for us.
Mostly all homeowners have built our own little small sheds in the back of our homes to
store personal belongings, tools, and other belongings that we just don't want lying
around our yards. In the event that this Petition were to take place we would all have to
tear down our small sheds and would have to rebuild them even closer to our homes with
a much smaller yard. If this Petition were to take place there would be 10 feet taken from
our yard. There would only be a very small space left for us to grow our grass and
possibly have a nice yard.
In previous years there was an agreement to leave the alley as it is now and for the
homeowners of this subdivision to have a little bit more space for their yards. If this can
stay as it was agreed on we would certainly appreciate it this very much.
If there is anything that can be done for us we would greatly appreciate it. On the reverse
side of this document will signatures of all homeowners that are not in agreement with
this Petition and would like to have all of this taken into consideration as we are not in
and this would not be a good thing to happen therefore we are in total disagreement.
Any consideration given to this matter will be of great appreciation for many
homeowners of this subdivision.
