WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,

WHEREAS, said properties have been duly advertised for sale
at public auction held on the 10th day of August, 1977, at the
hour of 2 : 00 P.M. , in the Chambers of the Board of County Com-
missioners, excepting therefrom the reservations in the United
States Patent and existing reservoir sites and irrigation ditches,
if any; existing rights-of-way for public highways and roads and
any and all existing easements of rights-of-way, however evidenced
or acquired, and subject to existing leases; and all County owned
structures, if any, on said property and all property used for
County purposes, and
WHEREAS, Patricia S. Gibson, 3221 W. Sharon Avenue, Phoenix,
Arizona, bid Three Hundred Forty One Dollars ($341. 00) as the
purchase price for said properties and being the highest and best
bidder, said property was sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that June K. Steinmark, Chair-
man of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
be and hereby is, constituted and appointed an Agent for Weld
County, Colorado, and is hereby ordered to convey, without covenants

of warranty, to Patricia S. Gibson the aforementioned properties,
as above described, excepting therefrom the reservations in favor
of the Union Pacific Railroad Company; and excepting therefrom
the reservations in the United States Patent and existing reser-
voir sites and irrigation ditches, if any; existing easements or
rights-of-way, however evidenced or acquired, and subject to exist-
ing leases; and all County owned structures , if any, on said
property, and all property used for County purposes on said property,
if any, and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that as to such conveyance, June K.
Steinmark, is authorized to affix the seal of Weld County and said
conveyance shall have the effect to transfer to said Patricia S.
Gibson all right and interest which Weld County has in and to the
above described properties, except subject to all agreements, re-
strictions, reservations of record, and existing easements to which
are referred. Weld County does not warrant title.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
August, A.D. , 1977.

The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, met in
session in full conformity with the law and by-laws of said Board at
the regular place of meeting in the Weld County Centennial Center, Greeley,
Colorado, on Wednesday, August 10, 1977, at the hour of 2:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by the Chairman and on roll call the following
members were present, constituting a quorum of the members thereof:
Chairman, June K. Steinmark
Commissioner, Victor L. Jacobucci, Pro Tem
Commissioner, Norman Carlson
Commissioner, Ed Dunbar
Commissioner, Leonard Roe, Absent
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Jeannette Ordway
County Attorney, Thomas 0. David
PUBLIC SALE - DOCKET #77-20
The County Attorney, Thomas David, made the record by reading portions of the
notice that had been duly advertised July 6, 1977 and July 27, 1977 in the
Greeley Journal and the Greeley Tribune and July 27, 1977 in the Longmont
Times Call.
The Chairman announced that purchasers may make their checks payable to the
Board of County Commissioners and present them to the Clerk to the Board for
processing. The County Attorney will prepare the appropriate deed, the
Clerk will record said deed, and by certified mail the recorded deed will
be sent to the purchaser. The Chairman added that future bids maybe presented
to the Clerk to the Board, on parcels that do not sell, and said bids will be
considered at a regular Board meeting.

except Chairman Steinmark. The Chairman voted naytstating that in her opinion this
bid is too low. The motion did carry.

Hayes. Commissioner Dunbar seconded the motion. The vote was called for. All

that in her opinion this bid is too low. The motion did carry.
