Sin � l 73t lefield RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves MINUTES BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WELD COUNTY, CrOLORADO August 10, 1977 Tape #77-79 & 80 The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, met in session in full conformity with the law and by-laws of said Board at the regular place of meeting in the Weld County Centennial Center, Greeley, Colorado, on Wednesday, August 10, 1977, at the hour of 2:00 P.M. ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by the Chairman and on roll call the following members were present, constituting a quorum of the members thereof: Chairman, June K. Steinmark Commissioner, Victor L. Jacobucci, Pro Tem Commissioner, Norman Carlson Commissioner, Ed Dunbar Commissioner, Leonard Roe, Absent Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Jeannette Ordway County Attorney, Thomas 0. David PUBLIC SALE - DOCKET #77-20 The County Attorney, Thomas David, made the record by reading portions of the notice that had been duly advertised July 6, 1977 and July 27, 1977 in the Greeley Journal and the Greeley Tribune and July 27, 1977 in the Longmont Times Call. The Chairman announced that purchasers may make their checks payable to the Board of County Commissioners and present them to the Clerk to the Board for processing. The County Attorney will prepare the appropriate deed, the Clerk will record said deed, and by certified mail the recorded deed will be sent to the purchaser. The Chairman added that future bids maybe presented to the Clerk to the Board, on parcels that do not sell, and said bids will be considered at a regular Board meeting. Commissioner Jacobucci seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. GREELEY Blk 6, L16 Packards Commissioner Jacobucci made a motion to accept the high bid of $250.00 made by A. J. Hayes. Commissioner Dunbar seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. Blk 3, L7 - 12 N15' only Gardenside Commissioner Jacobucci made a motion to accept the high bid of $240.00 made by Pat Gibson. Commissioner Dunbar seconded the motion. All Commissioners voted aye except Chairman Steinmark. The Chairman voted naytstating that in her opinion this bid is too low. The motion did carry. ESPANOLA. SUBDIVISION L 46, NW`NEti, 536, T6, R66 Commissioner Jacobucci made a motion to accept the high bid of $150.00 made by A. J. Hayes. Commissioner Dunbar seconded the motion. The vote was called for. All Commissioners voted aye except for the Chairman. The Chairman voted nay, stating that in her opinion this bid is too low.
