ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by the Chairman and on roll call the following members were present, constituting a quorum of the members thereof: Chairman, June K. Steinmark Commissioner, Victor L. Jacobucci, Pro Tem Commissioner, Norman Carlson Commissioner, Ed Dunbar Commissioner, Leonard Roe, Absent Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Jeannette Ordway County Attorney, Thomas 0. David PUBLIC SALE - DOCKET #77-20 The County Attorney, Thomas David, made the record by reading portions of the notice that had been duly advertised July 6, 1977 and July 27, 1977 in the Greeley Journal and the Greeley Tribune and July 27, 1977 in the Longmont Times Call. The Chairman announced that purchasers may make their checks payable to the Board of County Commissioners and present them to the Clerk to the Board for processing. The County Attorney will prepare the appropriate deed, the Clerk will record said deed, and by certified mail the recorded deed will be sent to the purchaser. The Chairman added that future bids maybe presented to the Clerk to the Board, on parcels that do not sell, and said bids will be considered at a regular Board meeting.
