RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
CONCERNING SPANISH COLONY/WATTENBERG COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has been the designated recipient agency of Community
Development Block Grant Funds from the United States Department
of Housing and Urban Development, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Department of Planning Services
has implemented a Community Development Program in Spanish
Colony/Wattenberg for the utilization of such funds , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been informed
that said program has been completed, and
WHEREAS, said Board deems it advisable to authorize the
signature of the Chairman of the Board on the Certificate of
Completion concerning the Spanish Colony/Wattenberg Community
Development Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the
Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Certificate of
Completion concerning the Spanish Colony/Wattenberg Community
Development Program.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
September, A.D. , 1979 .
