Dear Mr. Roth:
Reference is made to your letter received here September 20, 1979
in which you advised the County of a drainage problem at the
intersection of Gaylin and Rodney Streets in the Roth subdivision.
Since the building of homes along Rodney has made it impractical
to route the drainage along that street to County Road 15, the most
feasible solution is to put a drop inlet at the 11W corner of the
intersection of Rodney and Gaylin. From there, the drainage will
be routed under Rodney and along the west side of Gaylin to discharge
onto your property to the south.
We would also cut in a drain along the south side of Rodney to
facilitate the drainage toward County Road 15.
If this is satisfactory, I would request you sign and date a copy
of this letter and return to this office as soon as possible.

Dear Sirs ;
This letter is to recall your attention to the drainage problem
in Roth subdivision.
The drain pipe that runs east and west at the corner of Gaylin and
Rodney street and the drain pipe that runs north and south at the
same intersection are sanded shut . The original engineering cf
that intersection —as to have the gutter running south ftom the
intersection to drain onto the 61 acre property that I o-•n to the
south of the division and the rest to drain east into the gutter
of county road 15 .
Thank yoU for your attention to this matter as there has been a
problem "ith a surrounding neighbor in the general area concerning
this.
