RE: AUTHORIZE CERTAIN WELD COUNTY OFFICIALS TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE
SAFE DEPOSIT BOX AT CHASE BANK -GREELEY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the County of Weld rents a safe deposit box from Chase Bank, 822 7th
Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, for the purpose of storing documents, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board to designate certain County officers and
employees to have access to said safe deposit box, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Esther Gesick, Clerk to the Board, Donna Bechler and Jennifer
Fuller, Deputy Clerks to the Board, and Bruce Barker, County Attorney, be, and hereby are
designated as the Weld County officials who are to have access to the safe deposit box, rented
by the County of Weld from Chase Bank - Greeley.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Resolution dated December 16,
2009, designating certain County officers and employees to have access to said safe deposit
box be and hereby is, superceded, effective January 9, 2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of January, A.D., 2014.
