Proposed use of the property: 3505 Longview Road, Erie, Colorado will be used as a small family farm. The owners, Raymond and Deborah Grant are proposing to add one additional single family dwelling to the property which currently has one single family dwelling. There will be a total of 2 single family dwellings on the property. One to house the owners and the other one will house family members. It is the owners desire to maintain their rural lifestyle. As the owners can benefit from the assistance of the family members being close and all family members will keep the property well maintained. 2. This proposal is consistent with Weld County Code, Chapter 22 of the Comprehensive Plan,Article II, Sec. 22-2-20,F, 3. A. Policy 6.3 Encourage multi-generational, caretaker, guest and accessory quarters. 3. This proposal is consistent with Weld County Code Chapter 23 of the Comprehensive Plan, Sec. 23-3-20, M.
