On December 30 , 2013 , the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved
your request for release of a portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility.
The total permit area was reduced to 794 . 00 acres, through the release of 615 . 00 acres in this
permit action . Because the permit is not totally released, you are still liable for filing annual
reports and fees . Please revise all permit boundary maps as appropriate for future submittals to
the Division .
