RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD FAITH
PARTNERSHIP COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld Faith Partnership Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Richard Hartman, Lynnda Easter, Jodi
Hartmann, Charlotte Jimenez and Rosann Holman be reappointed to said board, all with terms
retroactively effective as of November 1, 2013, and set to expire November 1, 2016, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the following individuals be appointed to said
board: Joe Soto to replace Wilmerd Velez, and Daniel Murphy to replace Kelly Cocroft, both with
terms to expire November 1, 2015, and Brian Fowler to replace Wayne Syas, with a term to expire
November 1, 2017.
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Richard Hartman, Lynnda Easter,
Jodi Hartmann, Charlotte Jimenez and Rosann Holman, and to appoint Joe Soto, Daniel Murphy,
and Brian Fowler, all with term expirations as detailed above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Richard Hartman, Lynnda Easter, Jodi Hartmann, Charlotte Jimenez and
Rosann Holman be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Weld Faith Partnership Council, with
terms to expire as detailed above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Joe Soto, Daniel Murphy, and Brian
Fowler be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld Faith Partnership Council, with terms to expire
as detailed above.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 15th day of October, A.D., 2014.
