RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE, PUDZ14-0002, FOR
16 RESIDENTIAL LOTS WITH E (ESTATE) ZONE USES, ALONG WITH ONE (1)
ACRE OF OPEN SPACE AND A 0.06 ACRE OUTLOT IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL)
ZONE DISTRICT-GODDARD INVESTMENTS, LLC, C/O PANORAMA ESTATES, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 24th day of
September, 2014, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of
hearing the application of Goddard Investments, LLC, do Panorama Estates, LLC, 9075 County
Road 10, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, for a Change of Zone from the A (Agricultural) Zone
District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District for 16 Residential Lots with
E (Estate) Zone Uses, along with one (1) acre of Open Space and a 0.06 acre outlot on the
following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot B of Recorded Exemption, RECX12-0025; being
part of the N1/2 SE1/4 of Section 8, Township 2
North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to October 8, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., to allow for a
hearing before a full quorum of the Board of Weld County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
October 8, 2014, at 10:00 a.m.
