HomeMy WebLinkAbout20143671.tiff Pony Creek Gas Processing Facility Water Supply Information There is an existing well on the property that was constructed in 1960 and formally permitted in 2009 that is used for livestock watering. There is currently no existing water source on the site that can be used to meet the needs of the Pony Creek Gas Processing Facility, therefore a new commercial water well will be permitted through the State of Colorado Division of Water Resources. Noble Energy will have restroom facilities in the office and warehouse buildings. The new well will provide water for these restroom facilities. The location of the proposed well is shown on the USR site plan map. In addition, employees and patrons of the facility will have access to bottled water in the vicinity of the condensate truck loading/unloading area since it is separated from the office building and warehouse by a security fence. In addition,Noble would like to place portable toilets in the vicinity of the condensate truck loading/unloading area for truck drivers and employees of OPPL and Southern Star to use when they stop by the site. The drivers and OPPL and Southern Star employees will not have access to the permanent restroom facilities in the office and warehouse due to Homeland Security restrictions. The portable restrooms will have hand washing facilities. Hello
