RE: APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER NORMAN CARLSON TO ATTEND THE
MEETING OF THE OGILVY IRRIGATION AND LAND COMPANY SCHEDULED
FOR DECEMBER 12 , 1978.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been established that Weld County should
have a representative at the meeting of the Ogilvy Irrigation
and Land Company which is to be held on December 12 , 1978 , and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Norman Carlson has been delegated to
attend said meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Commissioner Norman
Carlson be, and hereby is, appointed to attend the meeting of
the Ogilvy Irrigation and Land Company scheduled for December 12 ,
1978.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
December, A.D. , 1978.
