RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Benjamin Hansford be appointed to said
board as a regular member representative, to replace Erich Ehrlich, with a term to expire July 31,
2017, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that William Hedberg be reappointed to said board
as a regular member and that Michael Wailes be reappointed as an associate member
representative, both with terms to expire July 31, 2017, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Benjamin Hansford be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of
Adjustment, and that William Hedberg and Michael Wailes be, and hereby are, reappointed to
said board, all with terms to expire July 31, 2017.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of July, A.D., 2014.
