no employees, this is our home, there is no money changing hands
here. On occasion some of the paperwork is done here.

Dave,
The Health Department needs three additional clarifications:
Are employees coming to the site going to have access to the well water on site (regardless
if they are there for/ hour or not)?—Or will bottled water be provided for them period.
We will have bottled water on the site for employees. Also all employees of Powers Built
Structures have been supplied with their own personal water thermos.
You indicate you will water the site from a water tank if the site gets dusty. Is this going to
be water provided from an outside company or are you using water from your well?— FYI: I
am not sure that the well is permitted for watering the roads and access (it indicates lawns
& gardens and livestock).
We own the water tank and will purchase the water from the Town of Hudson. Which we
have checked with them already for price and availability.
You indicate portable toilets will be supplied if necessary. Either you supply portable toilets
for employees coming to the site or the septic system will have to be reviewed by an
engineer. What is your preference?Also, if you intend to utilize portable toilets you need to
provide the company who will be providing and servicing the toilet.
We believe the septic system has the capacity to handle any small amount of use it would
require. At the present time the home is occupied by only three people and we believe it
was engineered for
Up to eight occupants of the residence. Those employees needing the rest room would
and could have access to the residence bathroom.

Dust Abatement Plan: All access drives, circulation and parking areas will have six and under 1,/ and
class six recycled concrete on the top. When conditions turn too dry we will water the roadways
down.
Using a water tank .
Waste Handling Plan: There will be no maintenance or repairs on site. We have a mechanic that
travels to ourjobsite locations to repair and maintain the equipment. No equipment is washed on
property.
Utilities, Water Source: If employees are going to be on the property longer than aI hour we will
supply bottled water.
Our property is only for the storage of equipment and tools for short periods of time when in transit
of different jobsite locations.

Attached are the completeness review comments for your recorded exemption from the
Environmental Health Department, Public Works Department and Planning Department. I have
summarized the Public Works submittal requirements in the Planning memorandum (see the right-
most attachment above).The Environmental Health Department has submittal requirements that
are listed separately in their memo (see left-most attachment). I have also attached an example of a
recorded Use by Special Review plat to assist you with preparing your site plan map.
Note:a completed application needs to be submitted by no later than Wednesday, February 12th
or an additional 501 investigation fee will be added to the application fee.

PRE-APPLICATION REVIEW REQUEST
• The pre-application request is the preliminary review of a land use proposal. Pre-application reviews
are required prior to beginning the application process; however, this review is not an application.
• Pre-application reviews are held with the Weld County Departments of Public Works and the Public
Health and Environment. Pre-application reviews are held Thursday and Friday of any given week in
the Greeley office. To be on the pre-submittal agenda, the request and required checklist items must
be received one week prior to the review date, and shall include at a minimum, a description of the
property including surrounding lands and land uses, property owners name and contact information a
brief narrative and a map delineating the property location, in addition to the other items listed.
• The Property information required below can be found on the Weld County Assessor website at
www.co.weld.co.us Please print a copy of the Assessor's page and submit it with your pre-application
review request.
• Mail, fax or drop off the request and required checklist items to the address listed below, a minimum of
one week prior to your preferred meeting date.
