of the Estate of GLADYS H. COULSON, a/k/a GLADYS HELEN COULSON, Grantor,
to JAMES RICK COULSON of 829 E. 3rd Street, Florence, CO 81226,
Grantee.
WHEREAS, the above-named decedent died testate on November 14,
1998, and the Application for Informal Probate of Will and Informal
Appointment of Personal Representative was filed with the Weld County
District Court as case number 98 PR 357 and;
WHEREAS, the Grantee is determined to be the person entitled to
distribution of the hereinafter described property and Grantor is
authorized to distribute the same to the Grantee.
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were issued by the Weld County
District Court on December 16, 1998 to JAMES RICK COULSON as Personal
Representative.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon Grantor by the
Colorado Probate Code, Grantor does hereby sell, convey, assign,
transfer and set over unto the above named Grantee as the person
