Please forgive me as I cannot recall who is processing this land use case.
After reviewing the Traffic Impact Study,the Town does not have issues at this time. The traffic impact study prepared
by Gene Coppola indicates a total of 450 trips are estimated per day. The report estimates that 801 of the traffic being
generated will be directed toward US 85. With an estimated 201 of the traffic generated going north, it can be assumed
a portion of this traffic will cut through SH 60 which is Milliken's Main Street,toward I-25.
