The invoice from my engineer Bob Mulder on some design changes that had to me made in the basement to keep uplift from affecting the house — the actual repairs made January 2014 Three May 2014 bids from Atlas and Bagus concrete contractors for remove/replace jobs still being contemplated Photos of the front step that needs replacing due to soil shift — this work is being bid currently on bid is for $1200 so far. All of this to say that this home has and continues to experience soils shift issues that make its value NOT COMPAIRABLE to others in Vista Ridge of similar size and age.
