The proposed use is primarily for storage of materials and equipment used in support of
the Oil & Gas industry. No full-time employees will be on site, and few if any part-time (20
hour week) employees would visit the site, most often for periods of two (2) hours or less per
day. Likewise, truck drivers or any other contractors would be on the site for less than two (2)
consecutive hours per day. No more than ten (10) customers would visit the site per day.
Accordingly, Applicant will provide portable toilet(s) at the site. These will be self-
contained units that would include hand sanitizers sufficient for sanitary use.
