1 . The property will be used for storage and parking of agricultural, commercial equipment.
Along with the parking of employee own vehicles during work hours. There is already a
small 2 car garage on site that we will use for storing of miscellaneous spare parts.
2. We are consistent with weld county code, Chapter 22 because in section 22-2-20.g policy
a.7.2 conversion of agricultural land to not-urban residential, commercial and industrial
uses should be accompanied when a subject site is in an area that can support such
development and should attempt to be compatible with the region .
3. The zoning — article II, Division 4 of Weld County code A.2. We support the agricultural
industry and the oil and gas industry.
4. The surrounding land use around us is agricultural, tree trimming co, trailer repair co, farm
houses and oil field lease tank battery.

A. 15 to 20 people will use this site
B . 15 to 20 employees will be employed from this site, not working on site .
Will be picked up by co vehicles that are not stored on site.
C. Hours of operation will be from 6 :00 am till 8 :00 pm
D . No structures to be erected at this time .
E . No animals will be keep on site.
F . 4 Tandem dump trucks 21,0001bs, 2 tractors 30,000, trailers and pickups
two times daily. Not all equipment leave the site on a daily bases .

H . Property has two water taps #1112 and #1134 on site not currently in use
from the Central Weld County Water District .
I . Waste Management is provide our portable restroom and waste disposal .
J . We may store small amounts of class 6 road base 15 to 30 CY from time to
time .

8. Storm water will drain to a low spot on site and disparate as it done for many years, does not flow
on to other property.
