RE: ACKNOWLEDGE CANCELLATION OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATE (TS CERT
2014-24089) FOR PARCEL#130927215004
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received one (1) Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT
2014-24089) for parcel #130927215004, from the Weld County Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, the facts as set forth on the Certificate of Cancellation, marked Exhibit A, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, require the cancellation of
TS CERT 2014-24089, and
WHEREAS, the facts as set forth on Exhibit A further authorize the denial of a refund to
the holder of said certificate, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to acknowledge the cancellation of
the Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2014-24089) for the property described above and to
deny a refund to the holder of the Certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that cancellation of the Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2014-24089), on
parcel #130927215004, by the Weld County Treasurer, be, and hereby is, acknowledged.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 24th day of December, A.D., 2014.

Certificate number 2014-24089 ,pursuant to CRS 39-10-114.
According to the Treasurer's Tax Sale Records this property went to tax sale on OCTOBER 31,2014 due to
unpaid property taxes for the tax year of 2013 .
Reason for this request is as follows:
This mobile home has been moved or has destroyed and is no longer located on the real estate land and has
