RESOLUTION RE: ACKNOWLEDGE CANCELLATION OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATE (TS CERT 2012-18753) FOR PARCEL#096129102004 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received one (1) Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2012-18753) for parcel #096129102004, from the Weld County Treasurer, and WHEREAS, the facts as set forth on the Certificate of Cancellation, marked Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, require the cancellation of TS CERT 2012-18753, and WHEREAS, the facts as set forth on Exhibit A further authorize the denial of a refund to the holder of said certificate, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to acknowledge the cancellation of the Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2012-18753) for the property described above and to deny a refund to the holder of the Certificate. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that cancellation of the Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2012-18753), on parcel #096129102004, by the Weld County Treasurer, be, and hereby is, acknowledged.
