Noble Energy and Wattenberg Holding, LLC will each have a restroom facility in their office buildings. Water for the restroom facility will be provided via a future commercial well to be permitted through the State of Colorado Division of Water Resources. This well will be shared between Noble Energy and Wattenberg Holding, LLC with a written agreement between the entities.
