RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO CHILD PROTECTION
CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS vacancies currently exist on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that ToniJo Niccoli be appointed to said board as
a regular member, and Helen Berntsen be appointed to said board as an alternate member,
both with terms to expire March 4, 2017, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Crystal Schwartz be appointed to said board
as a regular member, and Pam Ward be appointed to said board as an alternate member, both
with terms to expire March 4, 2016, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sandra Bright be reappointed to said board
as a regular member, with a new term to expire March 4, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the aforementioned persons be, and hereby are, appointed and
reappointed, to the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, with their respective terms as listed
above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of August, A.D., 2014.
