Noble Energy Inc.(Noble).
Noble shall be notified in writing of any change in ownership,decimal interest, or payment address. All such changes shall
be effective the first day of the month following receipt of such notice.
Noble is authorized to withhold payment pending resolution of a title dispute or adverse claim asserted regarding the
interest in production claimed herein by the undersigned. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and reimburse Noble any
amount attributable to an interest to which the undersigned is not entitled.
Noble may accrue proceeds until the total amount equals $25.00, or pay proceeds with a balance of $10.00 or more
annually in September of each year,whichever occurs first,or as required by applicable state statute.
This Division Order does not amend any lease or operating agreement between the undersigned and the lessee or
operator or any other contracts for the purchase of oil or gas.
In addition to the terms and conditions of this Division Order, the undersigned and Noble may have certain statutory rights

Based upon the materials examined and subject to the Comments and Requirements set
forth herein, we find title to the subject lands and leases,as of October 1, 2010, a₹ 7:00 a.m., to

TAXES
The surface of the subject lands is owned in fee and is subject to state and local taxes.
The minerals are owned by Weld County,Colorado,and are not subject to real estate taxes.2 The
Materials Examined do not reflect whether taxes are due on the subject lands as of the
certification date of this Opinion. We have no information regarding the payment of any
severance, conservation, ad valorem or other production-based taxes that may burden production
from portions of the subject lands.
REOUIREzMENT: You should satisfy yourself that all real estate taxes have
been paid,preferably by obtaining a Certificate of Taxes Due from the Treasurer
of Weld County, Colorado. Further, you should satisfy yourself with respect to
the timely payment of ad valorem, severance and conservation taxes covering
production, if any, from the subject lands, and payment of all property taxes
covering the subject lands.

Extension: If Lessee fails to make discovery of oil and gas, or either of
them, in paying quantities during the primary term hereof, or
during drilling operations commenced during the primary
term hereof,lessee may make written application to lessor for
an extension of the lease. The granting of such extension
shall be at the sole option of the lessor, according to the
following conditions:
-No lease term will be extended for more than six months
from the original expiration date.
-The lessee shall pay the sum of 1/3 of the original bonus,
with a minimum bonus of$10.00/acre.
-Payment of$1.00/acre delay rental.
