We have no information regarding the payment of any severance, conservation, ad valorem or other production-based taxes that may burden production from portions of the subject lands. REOUIREzMENT: You should satisfy yourself that all real estate taxes have been paid,preferably by obtaining a Certificate of Taxes Due from the Treasurer of Weld County, Colorado.
