RE: APPROVE PETITION OF INCLUSION AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN -CENTRAL
WELD COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Petition of Inclusion from the County of
Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, to
the Central Weld County Water District, with terms and conditions being as stated in said petition
of inclusion, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said said petition of
inclusion, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the said Petition of Inclusion from the County of Weld, State of Colorado,
by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, to the Central Weld County
Water District be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign said petition of inclusion.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of January, A.D., 2014.

Dear Central Weld County Water District Customer:
During a recent review that was completed with the help of the Weld County Assessor's office, it came
to our attention that further documentation is needed in order to ensure that your property is included
within the legal boundaries of the Central Weld County Water District.
I have enclosed a Petition for Inclusion form for your signature, as well as a stamped return envelope.
We have taken the ownership information from the deed on file; and if the ownership title of your
property has changed, please notify the office immediately. All property owners must sign the petition
in the presence of a notary. Notary services are provided free of charge at the Central Weld County
Water District office on weekdays from 8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 5:00pm. You must return a
signed and notarized petition to our office by close of business on January 30, 2014, to avoid further
action. The other copy can be kept for your records. We will see that the Petition for Inclusion is
transmitted to Weld County.
Central Weld County Water District will be paying the cost of recording your petition and because there
is not a mill levy currently in place, there is no tax obligation at this time.

This property is for the Ft. Lupton Grader shed at 7625 CR 31.
Evidently, they never followed through with the inclusion back then and are now catching up on the paperwork. I don't
see an issue with having the Chair sign.

The Board got a Petition for Inclusion from the Central Weld Water District for Lot A of RE-2375. For Tap#1778.
believe that is the grader shed property up north somewhere? The form requires the Board Chairman to sign. OK for
me to have the Chair sign?
