RE: APPOINTMENT OF DON BILLINGS TO WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMIS-
SION FOR A TERM EXPIRING JULY 31 , 1982 .
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Weld County Planning
Commission in District V, due to the expiration of the term of
Percy D. Hiatt, Jr. , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Don Billings be
appointed to membership on said Planning Commission for a three ( 3)
year term to expire July 31, 1982 to represent District V.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Don Billings be, and
hereby is, appointed as a member of the Weld County Planning
Commission to represent District V for a three (3) year term
to expire July 31 , 1982 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of
August, A.D. , 1979 .
