WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best
interests of the County to accept said offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the
Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign said certi-
ficate of title, Weld E88611 conveying a 1965 Chevrolet
Fleetside Pickup, Serial Number C2545Z141077, to Hitt
Graham Dodge.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
