On June 20, 2014, Regional Assistant Robert Thompson conducted an on-site monitoring of Community
Development Block Grant(CDBG)#12-519—Espanola Subdivision Drainage Project. Included in the
monitoring were the following areas:
• Completeness of Project Files
• Financial Management
• Labor and Construction Standards
• Environmental Review
• Community Development
• Citizen Participation
• Civil Rights
The project was found to be in compliance with applicable federal laws and there were no findings. All
appropriate financial status and quarterly reports have been submitted to the State. The task of
reviewing files and accounting records went smoothly due to the organizational systems in place. We
would like to thank Elizabeth Relford, Don Dunker and Barbara Connolly for their assistance throughout
the project.
Your contract expired on July 31, 2014. To the best of my knowledge, all required paperwork has been
received and submitted to the CDBG Program Manager. Once the CDBG Program Manager has
approved your Final Financial Status Report(FSR) and Project Completion Report(PCR),all monitoring
will be considered complete and the project will be administratively closed-out.
