Brief description of the problem/issue: •
This agreement is associated to the Video Visitation Project for the jail that the BOCC has already approved.
The Comcast agreement for services has already been reviewed by county legal and signed by the BOCC. This
agreement is to provide access to the facility so that the circuit can he installed. Weld county legal has
reviewed the agreement.
What options exist for the Board? (Include consequences, impacts, costs, etc. of options)
There are no costs associated to this agreement. We respectfully request the BOCC sign the Access to Property
agreement so that the project can proceed. If the BOCC would chose not to sign the agreement, the project
cannot continue and would need to be terminated.
Recommendation:
Approve the Access to Property agreement. Please sign and return to IT.

Cable Communications Management, LLC,on behalf of its affiliates(together,
"Comcast"),at Comcast's sole cost and expense, of Comcast's cable and other equipment
into,over,under, across,and along the Property,to be used by Comcast to provide
communications services to tenants and other occupants of the Property.

Comcast shall repair any damage to the Property caused by the installation, operation of

Information Technology has been tasked by Buildings and Grounds to provide internet
connectivity for the video visitation units in the North Jail complex. During the
requirements review and subsequent technology analysis, it was determined th
at
Comcast Business aligned most appropriately at the best cost point.
As service is not currently available at the North Jail complex, Comcast Business will terminate
the connection at the 1551 facility and Weld County will use current infrastructure to extend the
connection to the North Jail facility.
IT recommends the installation of Comcast business internet service and the associated
installation fee of$199.00. The monthly reoccurring fees of$137.85 will be charged to the
Sherriff's Office under the Other Purchased Services line item.

1.Agreement This Comcast Business Class Service Order Agreement sets forth the terms end condet0ne under which Corneas!Cable Communications Management,LLC
and its operating affiliates('Comcast")will provide the Services to Customer.This Comcaat Business Class Service Order Agreement consists of this document('SOA"),the
standard Comoast Business Clams Terms end Conditions("Terms and Conditions"),end any jointly executed amendments("Amendments"),collectively referred to as the
-Agreement'.In the event of inconsistency among these documents,precedence will be as follows.(1)Amendments,(2)Terms and Conditions,and(3)this SOA,This
agreement shell commence end became a legally binding agreement upon Customer's execution of the SOA.The agreement shall terminate as set forth in the Terms and
Conditions(http:l/www.comcast com/business/legal) All capitalized terms not defined In this SCA shell reflect the definitions given to them In the Terms and Conditons.
Use of the Services is also subject to the then current High-Speed Internet for Business Acceptable Use Policy located al Mtp:llwortr_comcastneVleg.Veup.asp(or any
successor URL),and Me then current high-Speed Internet for Business Privacy Policy located at blip://wark.comcasLnaUWgayprlvacy.aep(Or any successor URL),both of
which Comcast may update from lime to tune.
2. Each Corneas(Business Claes Service("Service')carries a 30 day money back guarantee,If within the first thirty days following Service activation Customer is not
completely satisfied,Customer may cancel SeMca and Comcast will issue a refund for Service charges actually paid by Customer,custom ilstatatien,voice usage charges
and optional aortae.fees euckeded In order to be eligible for the rotund.Customer must cancel Service within thirty days of activation and return any Comcast-provided
equipment in good working order.In n0 event shell the refund exceed$500.00,

Comorost business class voice service(1/oice")may have the E911 limitations specified below
▪ In order for 911 collate be properly directed to emergency services using Voice,Comcast must have the Correct service address for the Voice Customer.H Voice is
moved to a different location without Comcest's approval.911 calls may be directed to the wrong emergency authority,may transmit the wrong address,and/or Voice
(including 911)may fail eitogether.
• Voice uses electrical power in the Customer's premises.If there a en electrical power outage,911 calling may be interrupted if the battery back-up in the associated
muttimedie terminal adapter is not installed,fade,or is exhausted after several hour..
• Voice cads,including calls to 911,may not be completed if there is a problem with network facilities,Including network congestion,network/equipment/poorer failure,
or another technical problem.
Comcaat will need several business days to update a Customer service address In the E911 system.All change requests and questions should be directed to 1-800-
COMCAST.USE Of VOICE AFTER DELIVERY OF THIS DOCUMENT CONSTtTUES CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE E911 NOTICE ABOVE.
4,To Complete a Voice order,Customer must execute a Comoast Letter or Authorization("LOA")and submit it to Comcast,or Comcast's third party order entry integrator,
as directed by Comasl.
5, New Telephone numbers are subject to change prior to the install Customers should not print their new number on stationery or cards until after the install le complete.
8 Modifications:All modifications to the Agreement,if any,must be captured in a written Amendment,executed by en authorised Cornetist Senior Vu President and the
