Taxes for the year 2014 and subsequent years not yet a lien due and payable. 2. Reservation in United States Patent recorded February 2, 1903 in Book 201 at Page 401 , as follows:"Yet excluding and excepting from the transfer by these presents, "All Mineral Lands," should any such be found in the tracts aforesaid, but this exclusion and exception, according to the terms of the statute shall not be construed to include Coal and Iron Lands."
