P. R. R. Co. rik a distance of approximately two miles, has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and, WHEREAS, after full investigation and consideration, it appears that the necessities of the public no longer require a county road as described herein. To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado: Gentlemen: We, the undersigned, Citizens and Freeholders of your County,respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at Commencing at the North East Corner of the S. E. + Section 3, Tp. 4, N. , R. 63 W. ; thence running in a Southeasterly Direction along the South Side and parallel with the U. P. R. R. Right of way to the Head of the Bijou Canal in the S.E. + S.E.1 Section 12, Tp. 4, N. , R. 63; Thence Continuing in the same course along and parallel with the South side of said Bijou Canal to the East line of Weld County. For further reference as to the territory this proposed road will cover see plat hereto attached. The proposed road herein prayed for will be over about the same course as of thaththe old territorial road. Said Road not to be less than Sixty (60) feet in width.
