RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING ZONING PERMIT FOR A HOME BUSINESS,
ZPHB13-0005, FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF DOMESTIC SEPTIC SLUDGE -
KENNETH AND JAMIE STARMAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an application from Kenneth and Jamie
Starman, for a Zoning Permit for a Home Business, ZPHB13-0005, for the Transportation of
Domestic Septic Sludge, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 21st day of May, 2014, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to June 16, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to June 16, 2014,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of May, A.D., 2014.
