Re: Termination of Professional Services Agreement
Dear Tom:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you Weld County (County) is terminating the
remaining portion of the consulting design contract and Change Order#1 with Tetra Tech,
pursuant to Paragraph Number 11 of the Agreement for Professional Services between
Weld County &Tetra Tech, dated August 26th, 2013, and the change order dated April 21,
2014. The Agreement is not exclusive (see Paragraph 18) and the County has determined
to engage another contractor for Construction Support Services, identified in Table 3 of
your proposal.
Weld County has paid out all current invoices in the amount of $225,364.95 for services
rendered to date. The County requests Tetra Tech provide any documents or design
drawings that have not yet been provided to the County.
