Payor is authorized to withhold payment pending resolution of a title dispute or adverse claim asserted regarding the interest
in production claimed herein by the undersigned.
The undersigned agrees to indemnify and reimburse Payor any amount attributable to an interest to which the undersigned is
not entitled.

I received the attached eight (8)division order(s). Our County Attorney requires more information to verify the royalty
interest calculation. Can you please provide the following documents for each DO?
Please be advised that as of January 15, 2013,the following information must accompany all division orders which are
submit to Weld County Board of County Commissioners for approval.
1. Copy of applicable lease(s) or reception numbers, including all Exhibits, with Weld County together with any
assignment thereof which documents Weld County's mineral interest, as well as forms the basis of the division
order.
2. Letter sized copy of the plat reflecting the complete spacing unit with Weld County's mineral interest outlined
and highlighted related to the division order. Also please provide all acreage labels necessary to support the
calculations used to arrive at the County's royalty interest.
3. Detailed calculations illustrating how the County's royalty interest was derived.
4. Spud date and expected date of first production.
5. Title opinion pages that refer to Weld County's royalty interest.
