Cr o WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home ° Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the e affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado has reviewed the request of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Peter- son and Mr. and Mrs. Loren Cockcroft for an exemption from the t^ definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 11.4 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1 of the v 0 Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Peterson and Mr. and Mrs. Loren Cockcroft are the owners of certain parcels of land located in Part of Sec- tion 10 , Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado and Part of Section 15 , Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. The Petersons and the Cockcrofts wish to exchange several parcels of land for the purpose of straightening property lines.
