Re: CDBG 12-519—Weld County Espanola Subdivision
Dear Commissioner Rademacher:
We have reviewed the Project Completion Report(PCR) for the county's Community
Development Block Grant project involving the Espanola subdivision. The report has been
found to be complete and has been accepted.
Since there is no program income, we have conditionally closed out this project as of 7/31/2014,
the date your contract expired. I want to remind you that your project files should be kept for a
period of five years from the date of close-out. Should there be any findings as a result of your
2014 audit, your files should be kept beyond the five years if needed, until all findings are
resolved.
We have enjoyed working with you and your staff on this project and hope that we can continue
to assist you in addressing your community development needs.
