RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE
WHEREAS, by lease dated October 14, 1927, from the
UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY to the COUNTY OF WELD, STATE
OF COLORADO, the Railroad Company leased to the County for
a term of five years beginning July 1, 1927, and ending
July 1, 1932, a portion of its right of way in said County
for shops, said lease being identified as Union Pacific
Railroad Company' s Audit Lease No. 34428; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad Company has tendered to the
County an agreement extending the term of said lease dated
October 14, 1927, for a period of five years beginning
July 1, 1932; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of said
County of Weld has said proposed agreement before it and
has given it careful review and consideration; and
WHEREAS, it is considered that the best interests of
the said County of Weld, State of Colorado, will be sub-
served by an acceptance of said agreement;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMAISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO :
That the terms of the agreement submitted by the
Union Pacific Railroad Company as aforesaid be, and the same
are hereby, accepted in behalf of the County of Weld, State
of Colorado ;
That the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners
of said County of Weld is hereby authorized, empowered and
directed to execute said agreement on behalf of said County,
and that the County Clerk of said County is hereby authorized

and directed to attest said agreement and to attach to each
duplicate original of said agreement a certified copy of
this resolution.
