Dear Mr. Barker:
On behalf of the Firestone Board of Trustees, I am writing to inform you that at its
January 8, 2014, meeting the Board considered the 2014 IGA for payment of bonus
amounts for certain reported oil and gas employees. The Board believes that is
important to collaborate and work toward common solutions and therefore respects the
County's efforts to reach out to local municipalities regarding this matter. However, it
was decided that our position has not changed from last year, in which Firestone will not
be participating in the agreement. Please let me know if you have any questions.
