RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MINOR AMENDMENT (MUSR13-0023) FOR SITE
SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT,
USR11-0015, FOR MINERAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT, AND OIL AND GAS
SUPPORT AND SERVICE (WATER HAULING, ROUST-A-BOUT, CONSTRUCTION
AND EXCAVATING) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT- AC TRUCKING,
LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request from AC Trucking, LLC, for a
Minor Amendment (MUSR13-0023) for Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special
Review Permit, USR11-0015, for Mineral Resource Development, and Oil and Gas Support and
Service (water hauling, roust-a-bout, construction and excavating) in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 5th day of March, 2014, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter approximately six months to allow the
owner, Eliseo Alcantar, adequate time to comply with the requirements of the USR and repair AC
Trucking, LLC's relationship with surrounding property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to August 4th,
2014, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of March, A.D., 2014.
