The Public Works Department recommends awarding the bid to the 2"d low bidder, Utility Trailer Sales. The
lowest bid from Jim Hawk Truck Trailers does not meet specs for the bumper and cylinders. The cost for one
Side Dump Trailer from Utility Trailer Sales is $43,422.00. Option#1 (Manuals) is included in the price.
There is $40,000 budgeted for this purchase.
