RE: APPOINTMENT TO FILL VACANCY ON THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4-4 (b) of the Weld County
Home Rule Charter, the Board of Adjustment shall consist of nine
(9) members, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists in the At-Large post by
reason of the expiration of the term -of membership on said Board
of Adjustment of Ted Funk of Greeley, Colorado 80631, whose term
expired on December 31, 1976.
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Boars of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that David Droegemueller
of 27451 Weld County Road 388 , Greeley, Colorado 80_631 be appointed
to membership on said Board of Adjustment for a three (3) year
term to expire on December 31, 1979 to represent the At-Large
post on said Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that David _Droegemueller
be and hereby is appointed to serve on the Board of Adjustment for
a three (3) year term to expire on December 31, 1979 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day
of January, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the Record
and signed on the 12th day of January, A.D. , 1977 .
