RE: APPOINTMENT TO FILL VACANCY ON THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4-4 (b) of the Weld County
Home Rule Charter, the Board of Adjustment shall consist of nine
(9) members, and
WHEREAS , a vacancy now exists in District Number Three by
reason of the expiration of the term of membership on said Board
of Adjustment of Sam Rank of Greeley, Colorado 80631, whose term
expired on December 31, 1976, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that Carroll Miller of
1603 29th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631 be appointed to -member-
ship on said Board of Adjustment for a three (3) year term to
expire on December 31, 1979 to represent District Number Three
on said Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Carroll Miller be and
hereby is appointed to serve on the Board of Adjustment for a
three (3) year term to expire on December 31, 1979 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day
of January, A.D. , 1977.
The -above and foregoing Resolution was read into the Record
and signed on the 12th day of January, A.D. , 1977 .
