On behalf of County Technical Services, Inc. we want to congratulate you on your appointment
to the Board of Directors of the Colorado Counties Casualty and Property Pool effective January
31, 2014. We believe the success the pool has realized thus far is due to the teamwork of those
involved.
The next meeting will be on Friday, March 28 at 9:30 am at CTSI. An agenda and meeting
material will be sent about two weeks prior to the meeting.
We look forward to working with you in continuing to achieve the goals of CAPP. The time you
are willing to dedicate to CAPP Board and membership is greatly appreciated.

Re: Weld County CAPP Representative
Dear Allen:
This letter is to advise you that Monica Daniels-Mika recently resigned her position as Weld County
Director of Finance and Administration. With her resignation,she will no longer serve as the Weld
County designated representative for CAPP. Further, she will no longer serve as a CAPP Board
member.
Commissioner Sean Conway will serve as the new Weld County designated representative for
CAPP. It is our understanding that Ms. Mika had recently been re-elected to a new term on the
CAPP Board. Since the CAPP Board determines Ms.Mika's replacement on the CAPP Board,the
Board of Weld County Commissioners would like to recommend that the CAPP Board appoint
Commissioner Sean Conway to serve as a CAPP Board member to fulfill the remainder of
Ms. Mika's term on the CAPP Board.
