HomeMy WebLinkAbout760519.tiff RESOLUTION RE: RELEASE OF SURETY BOND OF TRAVELERS INDEMNITY COMPANY FOR UNDERGROUND AND UTILITY PERMIT NO. 1040 . WHEREAS, the Weld County Engineers recommend release of a Seventy-five Thousand Dollar ( $75, 000 . 00) surety bond issued by the Travelers Indemnity Company, a Connecticut Corporation, payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, which bond was submitted by CPL Constructors , Inc. , 603 8th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, as principal, on July 11 , 1974 in connection with Under- ground and Utility Permit No. 1040 , which was issued to the City of Greeley on July 10 , 1974 to install a thirty (30) inch waterline of approximately four (4) miles in length N along County Road No. 58 (West 20th Street East of 95th Avenue) . The bond so issued was Bond No. 296B563-2 . Said work has been completed and one year has elapsed since the completion of said work and in as much as numerous inspections were made during construction and during the ensuing year, which indicates that there is no damage to the Weld County right-of-way involved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that it does hereby direct the County Clerk to release said bond now being held by the County of Weld, in the sum of $75 , 000 . 00 for and on behalf of CPL Constructors , Inc . , 603 8th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631 .
