Mr. Fields:
On December 30, 2013, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved
your request for release of a portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility.
The total permit area was reduced to 794.00 acres, through the release of 618.00 acres in this
permit action. Because the permit is not totally released, you are still liable for filing annual
reports and fees. Please revise all permit boundary maps as appropriate for future submittals to
the Division.
