Disassemble Zybix furniture, transport and reassemble. Make repairs to hardware and structural components as possible and reasonable dependant upon availability of parts from manufacturer. Reinstall ground buss equipment, bond to SSGB at new location. Install moveable work surfaces, connect to power, test for proper operation, make repairs as possible depending upon availability of parts from manufacturer. Ground and bond furniture equipment in accordance with industry safety standards. Move and Install MCC 7500 VPM Operator Positions and Logging Install racked communications equipment Install MCC 7500 workstation equipment Upgrade from 7.7 to 7.13 SERI Ground and bond equipment in accordance with instustry standards Connect CCGW to Radio subsystems and RAVEN bridges Adjust wireline levels as needed Install and make operational telephone arbitration for single headset Move and install NICE call Focus III Install and cross-connect analog logging equipment Add networking cabling and connectivity at new dispatch location Replace existing jack plates with 6 port units at 14 locations Add additional 6 port jack plate at 14 locations Install 3 each 48 port patch panels Install 10 additional Ethernet CAT6 cable runs per position for a total of 140 Terminate and test, and certify all new installed cabling • Provide cabling, connectors patch panels and jack plates Electrical Services Expand circuit breaker panel for additional 14 each 20 Ampere breakers Install one(1)additional circuit in each of the 13 workstation floor access panels Remove jumper between on pair of single gang duplex outlets and terminate new electrical feed to the bland duplex outlet. Attached is the change order request to the Motorola Radio system installation project to now include installation of the back up center located on 35th Ave. This includes furniture from 1950 to 35th Ave, Radio console installation, Electrical wiring - adding 14 circuits to the existing floor power, also this includes an additional 8 wire data cabling to each work station, as well as removal of the old Cassadine 911 telephone switch from 1950 O street. This was discussed with the board and approved in a work session approximately 2 to 3 weeks ago. with Don Warden present as well. Let me know if you need anything else. There was one contract, but 2 elements to it, If I remember correctly, one for FRCC and one for 911 authority, I believe that the BOCC Chair and the Chair of 911 signed this all in one contract. Brings a good question. Commissioner Kirkmeyer, should this be something that you sign as the Chair of 911 or Doug? I initially submitted this with Doug as the signing person, this is the change order for the back-up center per our work session a few weeks ago.
