HomeMy WebLinkAbout790770.tiff . RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 341 - JAMES DAVIS. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Com- missioners that a certain parcel of land owned by James Davis does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided land" pursuant to its authority under Section 30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did approve Re- corded Exemption No. 341, by Resolution, on October 11, 1978 , and WHEREAS, James Davis has requested that Recorded Exemption No. 341 be amended by increasing the size of Lot A by 9. 466 acres, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Weld County Department of Planning Services and finds that said re- quest should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the amendment to Recorded Exemption No. 341 for James Davis be, and hereby is, approved. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of July, A.D. , 1979.
