Please accept my apologies! I have attached a new spreadsheet for you records. I am hoping the third times a charm! I see Elaine Hicks transferred one dog for behavioral problems. Is this the common practice? Is another entity considered a citizen of Weld County and that's why? I'm just trying to have all my ducks in a row. Thanks, David W. If you refer to the contract it reads: "The term, "animal," as used herein means only dogs brought to the Shelter by either the County 1 ACO or by Weld County citizens." However when reviewing the spreadsheet that I sent you I noticed that there were cats listed on that report. According to the contract we are not supposed to take in any "cats" just "dogs". I have removed the cats from your spreadsheet and am sending you the new copy that brings the count down to 21 animals so far this year. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you! I have a question with regards to citizens turning in animals and showing up on our records. As far as I know we, the county, are not paying for citizens animals we should only be billed for what our ACO bring in correct? David W. I have attached your monthly report from LHS. Because this is your first report I have included all the animals that have been brought in to the shelter from Jan 01"through Apr 30th. The report is split into two sections, the first part is the animal "intake" information which gives you the date the animal came in, the animal name and number, and the information of the person who brought the animal in . The second section again has the animal information but this section is the "outcome" of the animal whether the animal was returned to the original owner or if it was adopted out to a different party. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions on the report or if you need any additional information. Thanks again, and have a great weekend!
